What is the difference between a free and a paid SSL Certificate?
The Free SSL certificate is a Let's Encrypt Certificate which will auto-renew every three months. You can use this by default with the Plesk Control Panel. You can also choose for a paid SSL certificate which will be valid for one year and has better SEO ranking, 99% browser support and mobile devices support.
Can I install my (Wildcard) certificate on another server?
Yes, you can install a SSL certificate on another server. Please send us an email if you want to do that. By default the SSL certificate will be installed on the Lucee servers.
How can I renew my certificate?
All certificates will be automatically renewed for one year. So if you want to cancel a SSL certificate please let us know 14 days before the end of the period.
